The voices you select in TTSReader can be modified such as the pitch, volume and reading speed. If you'd like, you can also save the playback to audio files on your PC in either MP3 or WAV format.
Overall, this application provides some basic TTS functionality and tools to save your audio. Unfortunately the freeware computer voices available are a little bit lame.

TTSReader is provided under a freeware license on Windows from text to speech software with no restrictions on usage. Download and installation of this PC software is free and 1.30 is the latest version last time we checked.
What version of Windows can TTSReader run on?
TTSReader can be used on a computer running Windows 11 or Windows 10. Previous versions of the OS shouldn't be a problem with Windows 8 and Windows 7 having been tested. It runs on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems with no dedicated 64-bit download provided.
